someone will be meaningfully related to me, 2019
installation

turf, aluminium poles, spray paint, styrofoam, acrylic paint, velcro

people say i walk fast
where does one learn to walk in a specific pace?
i don't think walking fast is because of being afraid
i always thought being afraid is of all issues none of mine
walking fast can be difficult in places which are crowded
or not meant for fast walks
someone says: running and jumping are allies
running is continuously not touching the ground
jumping is the same
now i feel shitty to just walk fast
why not always jump

"The exhibition NEVER AFK invited to engage with current forms of liveness in short online performances and live streams. The works ranged from speculative role play, queer avatar design, anti-colonial skype healing to an engaging chat symposium. They explored processes an aesthhetics of real-time interaction, post-human embodiment, collective authorship and post-gender representation at the intersection of gaming culture, social media and contemporary art. The exhibition was a negotiation of utopian potentials of gaming for the expansion, intervention and subversion of social reality and explore the relationship between freedom of choice and regulation in IRL and URL."
